Qualificações

• Entre 6 e 9 anos de experiência em suporte Calypso/L1/L2.
• Conhecimento de Processamento: pagamentos, anúncios e collateral.
• Familiaridade com Calypso Software e sistema central de suporte.
• SQL em Oracle para consultar dados.
• Capacidade de gerir múltiplos incidentes e backlog.
• Participação em testes e validação de melhorias e CI/CD.
• Precisa adaptar-se rapidamente a um ambiente dinâmico com várias partes interessadas.
• Comunicaçãão em Inglês escrita e falada de forma fluente.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir e acompanhar incidentes com equipas L3.
• Manter e acompanhar o backlog de manutenção.
• Participar em testes e validação de melhorias.

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business. We are looking for a Calypso Technical/ Functional Support Analyst (L1/L2) to work in this project in Lisboa (Hybrid). Requirements:

• Between 6 and 9 years of experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of Processing: Expertise in payment processing, announcements, and collateral, essential for smooth operations in the post-swap context;
• Familiarity with Calypso Software: Strong understanding of the Calypso system, given its central role in support operations;
• SQL Skills on Oracle: Proficient in SQL for manipulating and querying data as needed;
• L1/L2 Support Experience: Ability to manage and monitor incidents, while collaborating with L3 teams;
• Backlog Management for Maintenance: Support in tracking the maintenance backlog, demonstrating organization and efficient task management;
• Involvement in Testing and Validation: Active participation in testing and validating application enhancements, ensuring correct implementation of updates;
• Continuous Improvement (CI/CD) Implementation: A strong appetite for continuous improvements in development and delivery practices;
• Quick Adaptation Capabilities: Ability to swiftly integrate into a dynamic environment and work with multiple stakeholders;
• Rigorous Project Management: Skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality;
• Independent Work and Communication: Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication; proficiency in written and oral communication in English.
