Dellent is looking for a DevOps Coach to support a Porto-based project in hybrid mode. You will drive CI/CD pipelines, advocate CALMS, and help teams implement DevSecOps practices across operations and development.

The successful candidate will have 9+ years of experience, strong English, and proven ability to run workshops, structure automation APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a consulting environment.

Qualificações

• Over 9 years of professional experience.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and OpenShift.
• Strong knowledge of CALMS DevOps culture.
• Experience with Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket or Git.
• Experience with TFS, XL Deploy and XL Release.
• Excellent communication and English fluency.
• Ability to create APIs for automation.
• Deep DevSecOps understanding and hands-on implementation experience.
• Experience facilitating DevOps workshops.

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a DevOps Coach to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements

• More than 9 years of professional experience;
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on experience using tools such as CRAFT and OpenShift;
• Strong alignment with DevOps culture principles (CALMS);
• Experience with Jenkins/Jira;
• Experience with Bitbucket or Git;
• Experience with TFS, XL Deploy and XL Release;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Passion for continuous improvement and learning;
• Ability to use and create APIs for automation purposes is highly valued;
• Deep understanding of the DevSecOps culture and mastery in implementing its methodologies;
• Proven experience in facilitating workshops focused on DevOps practices;
• Fluent in English.
