Dellent is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for Lisbon or Porto, offering a hybrid work model. You will support applications, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the banking and financial services domain.

The role requires English fluency and hands-on experience with Java, Shell and SQL/Oracle, plus CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and Git. Jira/Confluence knowledge and familiarity with XL Release/XL Deploy and ServiceNow are a plus.

Qualificações

Technical Support Engineer

Must Have

• 5+ years of experience as a technical support engineer or application support engineer;
• Experience with Java, Shell, and SQL/Oracle;
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, and Git;
• Experience with Agile, Jira and Confluence;
• Knowledge of XL Release, XL Deploy, ServiceNow and JBoss/Tomcat;
• Fluent in English.
