Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a customer support specialist to assist insurance clients onsite, handling inquiries by phone and email while rotating weekday shifts.

You will explain coverage, help with cancellations, and support insurance brokers with their requests, contributing to smooth service delivery.

The role requires Dutch at C1/C2 and English at B2, plus prior customer service experience; weekends off and meal allowance are part of the perks.

Formación

• Fluency in Dutch at C1/C2 and English at least B2.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance.
• On-site availability in Lisbon with rotating weekday shifts.
