Decskill, an IT consulting company, seeks a Business Unit Manager for a project with a hybrid working model. You will define the BU strategy, lead and coach the team, and drive new client acquisition and key account growth.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or psychology, 2+ years in commercial roles with team management, and 4+ years in technology consulting. Proficiency in English and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the Business Unit’s strategy and commercial roadmap for national expansion.
• Lead, train, and mentor Business Managers, driving growth through ongoing feedback.
• Drive new client acquisition and manage a portfolio of high-potential accounts, ensuring retention and loyalty.
• Monitor unit and individual KPIs to motivate the team and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Business Plan: Defining and executing the Business Unit’s strategy and commercial roadmap for national expansion;
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Leading, training, and mentoring Business Managers, driving professional growth and high performance through ongoing feedback;
• Business Development & Acquisition: Driving new client acquisition and managing a portfolio of high-potential accounts, ensuring strong retention and loyalty;
• Performance & Results Management: Monitoring unit and individual KPIs to motivate the team and consistently exceed targets.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in commercial roles and team management.
• Industry Experience: 4+ years of experience in the Technological Consulting sector.
• Business Acumen: Strong motivation for business development within the IT Outsourcing framework.
• Soft Skills:
