Decskill is seeking a senior Business Analyst to join a hybrid Porto-based role. You will gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, design processes and coordinate QA/UAT in an Agile environment.

You will work with international teams in Porto and Paris, supporting training and documentation while engaging stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 6–9 years in Banking/Financial institutions and a finance/economics background, with basic SQL and French as

We would like to meet a Business Analyst for a project with a hybrid working model in Porto, Portugal (2x/week at the office).

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and document business and user requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Design and document system processes
• Define and execute test cases
• Coordinate QA and UAT activities
• Act as the bridge between business users and development teams
• Manage stakeholders, dependencies and blockers
• Collaborate with international teams in Porto and Paris
• Support user training, documentation and procedures
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment

Key Requirements:

• 6–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in Banking / Financial Institutions
• Background in Finance, Economics, Risk Management or Market Data
• Strong experience in Requirements Gathering & Functional Analysis
• Experience writing Functional Specifications
• Experience with Test Cases, QA & UAT Coordination
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• French is a plus
• Hybrid in Porto – 2 days/week
