Role: Business Analyst Lead Expert
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field Certified Business Analyst or equivalent certification
• Minimum 7 years of expertise in Business Analysis, including delivery of complex initiatives
• Strong practical expertise in SAP FS-CD (Collections and Disbursements) and SAP Finance modules
• Must have Solid knowledge of the insurance sector
• Extensive expertise in business analysis, process improvement, and project delivery Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools
• Demonstrated capability in complex problem analysis and solution definition
• Proven expertise in communication, requirements facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
