Hexa Consulting is seeking a Software Automation Tester to join our Client's team in a hybrid role from Lisbon. The position requires on-site presence three times per week at the office in Lisbon.

You will develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts, analyze results, and report findings while collaborating across teams. The role offers private health insurance, learning and certification support, and career growth opportunities.

Hexa Consulting is looking for a Software Automation Tester to join our Client's team in a hybrid work model from Lisbon.

Lisbon, Portugal | Hybrid, with mandatory on-site presence 3 times per week in the office

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of programming logic.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating and working with reports.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and interact with different stakeholders.
• Availability to work within an on-call/prevention model.

Nice to Have

• Mid-level profile with at least 4 years of experience in automated testing.
• Knowledge of Mobile Testing.
• Experience with or exposure to test automation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation Transparency

Base salary range: EUR 24,000 - EUR 32,000 gross/year

Total compensation: up to EUR 35,000/year

The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
