At Konecta, we are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence & Reporting Manager / Lead to join our team in Portugal and play a key role in the transformation of our Data, Reporting and Analytics capabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior data professional who combines strong technical knowledge, business understanding and people leadership, and wants to have a direct impact on how data supports decision-making across a multinational organisation.

You will lead our Data & Reporting team, driving the evolution of our reporting, analytics and data management capabilities while supporting a broader transformation towards greater data centralisation, standardisation and business intelligence.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help transform complex operational data into meaningful insights and scalable reporting solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop the Data & Reporting team
• Drive Business Intelligence, Reporting and Analytics initiatives
• Support the transformation and centralisation of data and analytics
• Develop and optimise dashboards, reporting frameworks and management information
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
• Identify opportunities for automation and reporting optimisation
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reporting quality
• Work closely with Operations and senior stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Support data-driven decision-making across multiple business areas
• Establish and improve data management, reporting and analytics processes
• Contribute to the development of scalable BI solutions for a growing international operation

Who Are We Looking For?

• Strong experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting or Data Management
• Previous experience leading or supervising a Data/BI/Reporting team
• Strong understanding of reporting structures, KPIs and business performance
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business needs into data and reporting solutions
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Professional level of English

Experience within BPO, Contact Centre, Customer Experience or multinational environments would be highly valued.
