Konecta is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence & Reporting Manager / Lead in Portugal to guide the Data & Reporting team and drive the evolution of our BI, analytics and data management capabilities. The role partners with senior stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions across a multinational organisation.

Qualificações

Extensive experience in BI, analytics, reporting or data management.
Experience leading or supervising a Data/BI/Reporting team.
Ability to translate business needs into data and reporting solutions.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

Lead the Data & Reporting team.
Drive BI, reporting and analytics initiatives.
Support the transformation and centralisation of data and analytics.
Develop and optimise dashboards, reporting frameworks and management information.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
Identify opportunities for automation and reporting optimisation.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reporting quality.
Work closely with Operations and senior stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Support data-driven decision-making across multiple business areas.
Establish and improve data management, reporting and analytics processes.
Contribute to scalable BI solutions for a growing international operation
