Consort Group in Lisbon is seeking a Project Manager Data Migration & Reporting Transformation to drive strategic data initiatives, coordinate reporting modernization, and lead critical migration programs in a regulated environment.

You will bridge technical teams, compliance, operations, and senior management to deliver data integrity, governance, and KPI reporting while building end-to-end roadmaps and governance frameworks.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience managing data-centric projects.
• Experience working in regulated environments is a plus.
• English proficiency at C1 or higher.

Project Manager Data Migration & Reporting Transformation

This is your mission

Are you passionate about data transformation, reporting automation, and large-scale migration programs? Then this position is for you.

As a Project Manager Data Migration & Reporting Transformation, you will be responsible for driving strategic data initiatives, coordinating reporting modernization efforts, and leading critical migration projects within a highly regulated environment.

You will act as the bridge between technical teams, IT departments, compliance stakeholders, operational teams, and senior management to ensure successful project delivery and data integrity across the organization.

Build side:

• Lead the transformation of manual and ad-hoc reporting processes into automated Power BI reporting solutions.
• Define and execute project roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Drive end-to-end migration initiatives from legacy platforms to target data ecosystems.
• Coordinate technical teams, data engineers, business analysts, and reporting specialists.
• Establish project governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across Compliance, Operations, Audit, and Technology teams.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout transformation initiatives.

Run side:

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Track migration readiness, testing activities, and post-migration stabilization.
• Produce executive reporting and steering committee materials.
• Manage project scope, budget considerations, risks, and change requests.
• Maintain governance routines and project documentation.
• Ensure operational continuity during migration and reporting transformation phases.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through KPI monitoring and performance analysis.

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience managing data-centric projects within complex environments. You enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology, transforming data into actionable insights while driving strategic initiatives.

• Project Management (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid methodologies)
• Data Migration Programs and Transformation Projects
• Reporting & Business Intelligence (Power BI preferred)
• KPI Definition, Monitoring and Executive Reporting
• Data Governance and Data Quality Management
• Risk, Issue and Dependency Management
• Stakeholder and Steering Committee Management
• Technical understanding of data architectures, databases, and reporting ecosystems
• Experience working in regulated environments (Financial Services, Compliance, Risk, or similar sectors is a plus)
