Job summary

FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Business Development Representative for Google Cloud products in Barcelona. You will proactively engage B2B prospects in the Benelux region, identify technical pain points, and generate SQOs to expand Google Cloud's regional footprint.

You will execute high-volume outbound calls, map requirements to Google Cloud solutions, and manage accounts in Salesforce. This position is full-time in a hybrid Barcelona office with relocation provided.

Qualifications

• Dutch at C2 and English at C1 (written and spoken)
• Experience in outbound IT cold calling, B2B lead generation, and CRM tools (Salesforce)
• Solid understanding of cloud computing and Benelux market dynamics (GDPR compliance, ROI discussions)
• BA/BS degree or 20+ months of relevant practical experience

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Discover business pain points and map technical requirements to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions.
• Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and daily/weekly outbound KPIs.
• Manage accounts, pipeline, and customer insights in Salesforce CRM.
