ZERO Premium in the Algarve, Portugal seeks a self-driven Business Development Consultant focused on property management. This independent, commission-only collaboration targets property owners in Vilamoura, Quarteira, Almancil, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, arranging meetings and visits to assess suitability and present tailored services.

You will build relationships with local and international owners, coordinate handovers to operations, and maintain records.

Qualificações

• Clear communication, reliable follow-up and professional judgement.Confidence working independently.
• Ability to communicate with local and international owners. Portuguese, English and additional languages are valued.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

THE ROLE

• Coordinate the handover of approved properties to ZERO’s operational team.

Our initial focus is Vilamoura, Quarteira, Almancil, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. The role involves local meetings and property visits.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

REMUNERATION

This is an independent, commission-only collaboration with no fixed salary, joining fee or monthly charge.

A one-off commission is agreed in writing for each approved property before the management agreement is signed. The amount reflects the property’s assessed potential and agreed commercial terms.

Payment takes place in two stages:

• 25% on activation, once the management agreement and documentation are approved, access is available, and the property is ready for guests with its listing and calendar live.
• 75% once at least one paid stay has been completed and ZERO’s accumulated management fees actually received from that property, excluding VAT and net of discounts and refunds, cover the second instalment. Several stays may contribute to this threshold.

Payment is due within five business days of the later of milestone completion and receipt of a valid invoice.

ZERO provides support with property assessment, proposals and the handover to operations.
