ZERO Premium in the Algarve, Portugal seeks a self-driven Business Development Consultant focused on property management. This independent, commission-only collaboration targets property owners in Vilamoura, Quarteira, Almancil, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, arranging meetings and visits to assess suitability and present tailored services.

You will build relationships with local and international owners, coordinate handovers to operations, and maintain records.

Qualificações

• Experience in business development, sales, hospitality, property services or client relationships.
• Knowledge of the Algarve and an ability to build relationships with property owners.
• Clear communication, reliable follow-up and professional judgement.Confidence working independently.
• Ability to communicate with local and international owners. Portuguese, English and additional languages are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and approach owners who may benefit from ZERO’s property-management services.
• Understand each owner’s priorities and the property’s suitability for management.
• Present ZERO’s services clearly and arrange follow-up meetings.
• Gather the information needed for property assessment and a tailored proposal.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities and owner conversations.
• Coordinate the handover of approved properties to ZERO’s operational team.
