Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specialized in Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) to join its hybrid Porto team. You will translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, define data quality standards, and collaborate across ERP, e-commerce and systems integrating APIs and ETL processes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in MDM/PIM environments.
• Knowledge of MDM/PIM concepts: data modelling, quality, governance, lifecycle.
• Experience translating requirements into functional specs, workflows, data solutions.
• Experience defining data governance and quality standards for data consistency.
• Understanding of ERP, e-commerce integrations with APIs/ETL.
• Knowledge of SQL, XML/JSON; Stibo STEP preferred.

Role: Business Analyst (Master Data Management)

Location: Hybrid, Porto, Portugal

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Master Data Management (MDM), Product Data, or PIM environments.
• Strong knowledge of MDM/PIM concepts, including data modelling, data quality, governance, product lifecycle, and multi-channel data management.
• Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications, workflows, and data solutions.
• Experience defining and implementing data governance and quality standards, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Good understanding of MDM/PIM integrations with ERP, e-commerce, and other enterprise systems, including APIs and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of SQL, XML/JSON, and integration technologies is a plus.
• Experience with Stibo STEP or other MDM/PIM platforms is highly valued.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively across business and technical teams in multicultural environments.
• Fluent English ismandatory.
