Qualifications

• Опыт моделирования бизнес-процессов UML и BPMN.
• Опыт функционального/бизнес-анализа и Agile (Scrum/SAFe/LeSS).
• Знание реляционных баз данных и умение писать простые SQL-запросы.
• Знакомство с backlog/sprint management инструментами (Azure DevOps или Jira).

Responsibilities

• Сбор и анализ бизнес-требований через воркшопы и интервью со стейкхолдерами.
• Перевод требований в концептуальные модели, такие как диаграммы Use Case/Activity, информационные модели.
• Сотрудничество с разработчиками для формирования user stories и поддержки спринтов.
• Проведение функционального тестирования и поддержка UAT, демонстраций и обучения.
• Работа с запросами на обслуживание и инцидентами, предложение улучшений для быстрой поддержки.
• Участие в Agile церемониях: backlog refinement, спринт-планирование, обзоры, ретроспективы.
• Активное участие в обмене знаниями и улучшении работы команды.

Energy infrastructure company operating gas transmission networks in Europe. The role sits within a cross-functional, agile product team building digital solutions that support commercial operation and gas flow planning processes for energy infrastructure. The application suite covers the full gas flow management lifecycle, from customer onboarding and contracting to flow planning, network balancing, billing, invoicing, and B2B messaging, used across multiple European transmission operators.

Задачи

• Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Translate requirements into conceptual models such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and information models
• Collaborate with developers and product team members to refine requirements into user stories and support sprint delivery
• Execute functional tests, support user acceptance testing, run demo sessions, and deliver training
• Handle service requests and production issues, proposing improvements for timely support
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Contribute to continuous knowledge sharing and improvement of team ways of working

Требования

• Knowledge of relational databases and ability to write simple SQL queries
• Familiarity with backlog/sprint management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
• Degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
• English: B2
• Portuguese: C1.
