Qualifications

• Указано требование к бакалавриату в области информационных систем/инженерии/управления ИС.
• Минимум 5 лет опыта в функциональном и системном анализе.
• Наличие ITIL Foundation CBAP или эквивалентной сертификации приветствуется.
• Опыт сбора и анализа требований и моделирования процессов BPMN/UML.
• Опыт интеграций систем через REST/SOAP API.
• Знания CRM/ERP платформ, Salesforce будет плюсом.
• Опыт работы в экосистеме Microsoft 365/Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Проведение сбора и анализа функциональных и нефункциональных требований.
• Моделирование процессов BPMN и UML; подготовка диаграмм.
• Картирование и оптимизация бизнес-процессов (BPM/Lean).
• Анализ и спецификация интеграций между системами и API REST/SOAP.
• Перевод требований в четкую тех. спецификацию и документацию.
• Подготовка функциональных спецификаций и материалов по принятию решений.
• Контроль тестирования и валидаций; соблюдение GDPR и стандартов открытых данных.
• Взаимодействие с командами разработки, архитектурами, менеджерами проектов.
• Содействие постоянному улучшению процессов анализа.

Job description

Описание: At BindWorks, we are looking for an experienced Information Systems Analyst to join challenging technology projects and carry out the functional and technical analysis of information systems, promoting process improvement and defining requirements for new projects in accordance with the rules set by the client. You will act as a bridge between business areas and technical teams, translating needs into clear requirements and specifications and monitoring their validation throughout the project life cycle. We are particularly interested in analysts who do more than document requirements and care about process optimisation, documentation quality, system integration and rigorous compliance with applicable standards.

• Carry out the gathering and analysis of functional and non-functional requirements
• Model processes using BPMN and UML and prepare the corresponding diagrams
• Map and optimise business processes (BPM / Lean)
• Analyse and specify integrations between systems and APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Translate requirements into clear technical specifications and functional documentation
• Prepare functional specifications
• Prepare decision-support documentation
• Monitor tests and validations
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and Open Data standards in a public service context
• Submit analysis reports upon client request
• Collaborate with technical teams, architects, project managers and business areas
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and analysis practices

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems
• At least 5 years of experience in functional and systems analysis
• One of the following certifications: ITIL Foundation CBAP or equivalent certification
• Experience in gathering and analysing functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience in process modelling using BPMN and UML
• Experience in process mapping and optimisation (BPM / Lean)
• Experience in system integration and REST/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP platforms, with familiarity with Salesforce
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 / Power Platform ecosystem
• Knowledge of GDPR and Open Data
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English

• Additional business analysis certifications (IIBA, ECBA, CCBA);
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);

• Experience with Power BI or data analysis;
• Experience in digital transformation projects; Additional certifications in business analysis or Agile will be considered an advantage
