Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Понимать потребности заказчика и бизнеса, переводить их в эволюции продукта для решений газовой инфраструктуры.
• Проводить воркшопы и интервью с заинтересованными сторонами, собирать и анализировать требования.
• Моделировать требования (use case, activity diagrams) в рамках текущей архитектуры приложения.
• Проводить функциональное тестирование, поддерживать UAT, демонстрировать результаты и готовить документацию и обучение.
• Обрабатывать сервисные запросы и инциденты, предлагать улучшения для своевременной поддержки инфраструктурных приложений.

Deeply understand customer and business needs, translating them into valuable and feasible product evolutions for our Gas Flow Management solutions. Facilitate workshops and interviews with diverse stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify complex business requirements. Translate business requirements into conceptual models, such as use case and activity diagrams, aligned with the existing application architecture. Execute functional tests, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct demo sessions, and provide clear documentation and training. Handle service requests and production issues, proactively suggesting improvements to ensure timely and effective support for our energy infrastructure applications.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Business or Functional Analyst, ideally in a product-centric environment.
• Proven experience with UML and BPMN, along with proficiency in modeling and documentation tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, Confluence, draw.io, or Miro.
• Good knowledge of relational databases and the ability to write simple SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, or similar) and backlog/sprint management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English (minimum B2 level) is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, capable of simplifying complex business challenges.

• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
