Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Management Informatics.
• At least 2 years in specifying, implementing, and monitoring digital solutions.
• At least 2 years in IT project management.
• Experience resolving and managing incidents.
• Portuguese and English fluency.
• Knowledge of Galp's Digital Ecosystem, Middleware Systems, CRM, Billing, Apps, and Portals.

• Proactively ensure the operational excellence of electric mobility platforms.
• Assist in identifying and tracking incidents on platforms already in operation.

• Knowledge of Galp's Digital Ecosystem, including Middleware Systems, CRM, Billing, Apps, and Portals
• Knowledge of IT helpdesk operations
• Ability to analyze systems documentation and architecture
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
