BI4ALL is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions. You will identify problems, gather requirements, and analyze data to support project teams and drive actionable insights.

You will document requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives throughout the project lifecycle. A strong analytical mindset and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong planning and stakeholder management skills.
• SQL: ability to write queries to analyze data.
• English proficiency for global collaboration.

ABOUT YOU

Are you a Business Analyst who bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions by identifying problems, gathering and analyzing requirements and data, supporting the project team and recommending actionable solutions? Then this opportunity is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into detailed business and functional specifications and documentation for the development and technical teams, utilizing appropriate analysis techniques.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions, identify KPIs, and drive measurable results.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business objectives, inform requirements, and aid in decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project managers or product owners in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive requirement’s documentation utilizing appropriate analysis techniques. Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and other requirements artifacts.
• Support testing by preparing, conducting test cases and supporting UAT cycles from test planning to execution and issue resolution.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• 3 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of business analysis principles and techniques
• Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation from business requirements documents (BRDs) and user stories to wider project documentation
• Strong planning and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to listen and influence stakeholders from different backgrounds
• BI concepts and ability to work with data
• Ability to design logical and conceptual data models that enable efficient analytics
• SQL: Comfortable writing queries for analyzing, extracting and manipulating data
• Sharp analytical mind with a keen sense of critical thinking
• Excellent communication skills and a natural team player
• English proficiency, enabling effective collaboration in a global context
• And above all: you know how to listen, think, ask, propose, and collaborate

WE ALSO VALUE

• Business Analysis or similar certification (e.g. IIBA-ECBA, IIBA-AAC, PMI-PBA)
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Experience in another IT role (e.g. development, testing, project management)
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and architecture
• Familiarity with UX principles
