HumanIT Digital Consulting Portugal is seeking a Business Analyst who turns data into decisions. This role bridges business needs and technology, helping teams make smarter choices through analysis, automation, and clear data visualization.

You'll collaborate with multiple departments on data analysis, process optimization, and reporting, designing Power BI dashboards, automating manual tasks, and delivering measurable business value. Remote-first with Portugal-based placement.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or similar roles.
• Solid experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Academic background or some practical experience with Python.
• Knowledge of SQL and Power Automate is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Fluent Portuguese and good English.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to understand business challenges, gather functional and technical requirements, and define project scopes.
• Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing data-driven solutions.
• Collect, clean, manipulate, and analyze data to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and support decision-making.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring data is accessible and meaningful.
• Help automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through data and technology.
• Work alongside technical and business teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and deliver measurable value.

• Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing data-driven solutions.
• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, manipulate, and analyze data to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and support decision-making.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring data is accessible and meaningful.

Salary Range:€18,000 e €30,000
