TMC is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with data-driven BI solutions in an international project. You will gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate them into dashboards and analytics with input from Data Engineers and BI developers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in BI/Analytics, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in Portuguese and English. The role offers a hybrid work model in Lisbon or Porto, with emphasis on delivering actionable insights and collaboration

At TMC, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join an international project focused on Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between business and technology, translating business requirements into actionable insights and supporting the delivery of impactful BI solutions.

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements related to BI and Analytics initiatives
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data needs
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Support the design and implementation of dashboards, reports and analytical solutions
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers and Data Analysts
• Define and monitor KPIs and business metrics
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data and analytics
• Support testing, validation and user acceptance activities
• Ensure documentation is maintained and aligned with business processes
