What do you need to be a SMART BUSINESS ANALYST?

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (teams such as insurance, UX, tech, etc.)
• Experience in gathering and validating business requirements
• Ability to model processes, identify as‑is/to‑be flows, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Experience creating documentation (functional specs, workflows, user stories, etc.)
• Experience supporting test phases and validating business requirements

Nice to have:

• Experience in insurance industry context
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills
