TMC is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with data-driven BI solutions in an international project. You will gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate them into dashboards and analytics with input from Data Engineers and BI developers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in BI/Analytics, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in Portuguese and English. The role offers a hybrid work model in Lisbon or Porto, with emphasis on delivering actionable insights and collaboration

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in BI/Analytics
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Hybrid work model in Lisbon or Porto
• Experience designing dashboards and analytics solutions
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specs and user stories

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze and document BI and analytics requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and data needs
• Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories
• Support design and implementation of dashboards, reports and analytics
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers and Data Analysts
• Define and monitor KPIs and business metrics
• Identify opportunities for data-driven process improvements
• Support testing, validation and user acceptance activities
• Maintain documentation aligned with business processes
