Hexa Consulting in Lisbon (hybrid) is seeking a BI Analyst to support data-driven decision making across industries. You will design dashboards with Power BI, perform SQL data extraction and modeling, and translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.

3+ years in BI or analytics is required; strong English and Portuguese communication is essential. You will work on diverse datasets and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles
• Degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English

Responsabilidades

• Build dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI.

Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

to join our team and support data-driven decision‑making across different industries.

What we're looking for

Degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles

Strong experience with

Power BI

for building dashboards and interactive reports

Proficiency in

SQL

for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

Experience in

data modeling

(e.G., star schema, snowflake schema) and data warehouse design

Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical BI solutions

Familiarity with ETL processes and tools is a plus

Comfortable working with multiple data sources and large datasets

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
