Closer Consulting, based in Lisbon, is seeking a skilled Data Modeller to take on exciting challenges in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a minimum of 6 years’ experience in Data Warehouse solutions.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team using Microsoft BI tools, SQL, and Power BI to create scalable data solutions. Closer Consulting values diversity and aims to foster an inclusive environment for all.

We are seeking a skilled Datta Modeller eager to take on new challenges in a hybrid work model in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Data Warehouse solutions, including functional and technical analysis;
• Strong knowledge of corporate data modeling and Data Warehouse architecture;
• Experience across all phases of Data Warehouse implementation and delivery;
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable and transversal data solutions;
• Experience working in Agile environments and methodologies;
• Strong expertise in Microsoft BI Tools, SQL/T-SQL, and Power BI;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io;
• Ability to gather requirements, document solutions, and lead meetings with technical and business stakeholders;
• Experience performing technical validation, certification, and UAT support;
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills;
• Autonomous, proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Experience with Data Vault methodology (nice to have)
• Previous experience in the Banking sector, preferably consumer credit (nice to have)
