Job summary

CB Talents is hiring for an English-speaking Customer Support role in Lisbon, Portugal, on-site. You’ll join an international team helping users of a leading AI research and deployment company, focusing on generative AI products.

The position offers a fixed day shift with rotating hours (07:00–22:00), a monthly package of €1,320.67, and a performance bonus up to €200/month. Health and dental insurance are provided after signing, plus 22 days of annual leave.

Who we’re looking for

Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, IT Support, or Technical Support is required
Strong English communication skills
Comfortable troubleshooting digital products and learning new tools
Customer-focused, analytical, and able to explain solutions clearly
Available for rotating shifts Monday–Sunday
