Job summary

UPS Portugal is seeking a detail‑oriented administrative associate to support the Brokerage department, handling import paperwork, ensuring compliance with local customs, and performing related tasks.

You will work Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with ongoing training and clear career growth opportunities within UPS.

Fluency in Portuguese and knowledge of Spanish are valued, along with a high school diploma and basic Microsoft Office skills.

We are looking for someone to help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks within the Brokerage department. You'll be part of that team!
