Job summary

Nutrium Care is seeking a Customer Support Assistant for the Brazilian market. You will respond to patients via WhatsApp and email, helping with appointments and the app while guiding nutrition journeys with clarity and warmth.

Hours are 2pm–11pm Lisbon time to cover Brazil; join a flexible, international team in Portugal, using native Brazilian Portuguese and good English for a welcoming patient experience.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer support, ideally through written channels.
Native Brazilian Portuguese with strong written communication.
Intermediate English and ability to adapt tone to each patient.

Responsibilities

Reply to patient messages on WhatsApp and email about appointments, the app, and nutrition journey.
Reach out to patients who paused their journey and motivate them to continue.
Manage several conversations simultaneously with empathetic, consistent tone.
Make occasional phone calls for a more personal touch.
Support app access, scheduling, and route clinical questions to the dietitian.
Log issues and patterns to help improve product and processes.
