You will drive brand performance through a data-led approach, closely monitoring results against KPIs, evaluating return on investment for advertising and promotions, and translating insights into clear recommendations while anticipating risks and opportunities. By leveraging market research, category and brand performance data, market trends, and consumer behaviour, you will continuously identify opportunities for improvement.

You will take ownership of the development and execution of brand plans for the Portuguese market, while also supporting initiatives that increase penetration of key brands. In close collaboration with the sales team and European stakeholders, you will help elevate the impact of marketing in Portugal by applying data-driven decision-making and strong consumer insights, ensuring that brand activities are locally relevant, culturally resonant, and competitive. Working within a broader cluster team, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to innovation projects and new product development, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to strengthen and grow the brand.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? With a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any business-related field and a minimum 5years of marketing experience with proven track record in the FMCG industry, you are now with a deep passion for building brands and you have a holistic marketing skill set with strong consumer orientation and the ability to translate ideas and passion into execution and financial results .

We are looking for a Brand CEO with thesebehaviors:

Curiosity: understand the why behind the why

Make things happen: discuss, decide, deliver

Own your numbers: know them, own them, move them

Growth mindset: back it, scale it or stop it

This role also requires a performance-driven professional who combines strong commercial and financial acumen with excellent analytical skills, and who thrives as a collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal abilities.

The ideal candidate brings proven project management experience, along with exceptional planning and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. You are passionate, determined, and hands-on, demonstrating resilience, initiative, and strong commercial thinking while embracing agile ways of working.

As Brand Manager, you are motivated to challenge the status quo and actively seek opportunities for growth, with a deep passion for food and cooking and a natural curiosity driven by insight and consumer behaviour. Given our global environment, near-native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
