You will negotiate with clients, coordinate across departments, and attend trade-shows as approved, delivering guest-focused experiences and promoting future business.

Some college coursework and strong communication, English fluency, and the ability to work independently are required.

Responsabilidades

• Write and negotiate sales and marketing contracts according to Corporate procedures.
• Assemble Cafe Event Calendar and Brand Calendar.
• Report occupancy and events data with local teams.
• Coordinate with Group Travel Planners and marketing partners.
• Administer package programs and ensure payments are received.
• Maintain and update sales/marketing tools and equipment.
• Coordinate website updates with Support Center Online Marketing.
• Prospect and coordinate with Sales & Marketing to secure corporate business.
• Assist in executing buyouts, functions, and designated parties.
• Attend trade-shows and liaise between departments to communicate events.
