Avanta Works is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef for our Braga restaurant to support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. You will prepare and cook high-quality dishes, manage kitchen staff, ensure food safety, and contribute to menu planning and inventory control.

The ideal candidate has prior Sous Chef experience in a high-volume kitchen, strong leadership, and a passion for creating flavorful dishes. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 1300$ and opportunities for growth

Qualificações

• Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations.
• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
