Aghanim in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Payments Manager to expand and optimize our global payment capabilities. You will own the complete lifecycle of payment system provider relationships—from researching markets and identifying right methods to negotiating terms, coordinating integrations, and managing performance after go-live.

As a senior member of the team, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to deliver scalable payment solutions across

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in payments.
• Direct experience with PSPs, acquirers, gateways, banks or alternative providers.
• Experience sourcing, evaluating and onboarding payment partners.
• Deep understanding of acquiring, processing, card networks, FX, fraud and chargebacks.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ownership to drive payment initiatives end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Identify relevant payment methods and partners across markets.
• Develop country-level payment strategies based on demand and costs.
• Negotiate pricing, processing fees, settlement terms and SLAs.
• Own provider relationships from due diligence to production launch.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Operations.
• Monitor performance and optimize authorization rates, costs and fraud.
