Pérez-Llorca in Lisbon is seeking a Billing and Collections Executive to join our international law firm. You will oversee billing/invoicing processes, monitor WIP with partners, and manage collection procedures across Portugal and our global hubs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance, with at least 3 years' relevant experience (preferably in a law firm).

Job Description

We are looking for a Billing and Collections Executive for our Lisbon office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm.
• Excellent command of Excel and SAP S/4HANA.
• Native level of Portuguese.
• High level of English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate will be looking to join a law firm with international scope, and be motivated to grow professionally with our firm and progress in their career.

Functions

• Management of billing/invoicing processes (including review of lawyers' records, preparation, registry and sending of invoices, follow-up, liaison with the relevant teams/departments, preparation of reports, etc.).
• Management of WIP in liaison with partners, supporting its conversion into billing.
• Management of collection procedures (including making contacts, follow-up, resolution of pending matters, closing of matters, liaison with relevant teams/departments, preparation of reports, etc.).

The management of billing/invoicing processes will cover Portugal and, eventually, our international hubs (Abu Dhabi, Brussels, London, New York and Singapore), while the management of collection procedures will cover both Portugal and the aforementioned hubs.

Lisbon.
