Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Advertising and Public Relations or similar.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm, big four or similar.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Native level of Portuguese.
• High level of English.
• A good level of Spanish is valued.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the quality of the Firm’s documentation and image: corporate identity, brochures, diptychs and other materials.
• Supporting and executing the Firm’s global business development strategy in Portugal.
• Preparing proposals and presentations.
• Promoting and supporting the firm’s business initiatives and commercial activity with current and prospective clients.
• Analysing business opportunities, market trends and intelligence.
• Supporting and promoting the organization of events: logistics, invites, databases, etc.
• Updating and managing the content on the website, APP and intranet of the Office.
• Sending marketing emails: newsletters, customer communications, etc.
