CB Talents SP in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Turkish and English Customer Service Specialist for on-site AI content evaluation. This full-time role involves working a 24/7 rotative schedule and contributing to quality and safety across AI datasets.

You will review content, apply guidelines, and maintain high accuracy while meeting productivity targets; relocation support is provided to help candidates relocate to Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Native-level proficiency in Turkish with strong written communication, plus working proficiency in English (minimum B2).
• A solid understanding of Generative AI and LLMs, or a background in AI annotation/evaluation, QA, or Trust & Safety is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and sharp attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• AI Content Evaluation: Review and evaluate structured text, datasets, and AI-generated content to ensure quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Guideline Application: Consistently interpret and apply complex guidelines and policies across tasks.
• Performance & Precision: Maintain high accuracy standards while meeting productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.
