KCS IT in Lisbon is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our hybrid team. You will coordinate IT projects from planning to delivery, engage with stakeholders, and help ensure on-time, quality outcomes across client engagements.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Computer Science or related field, have 2-4 years in IT project management, and possess Agile experience. Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential; expect 2 days on-site weekly.

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer or in a technical IT role.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar tools.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles and IT projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable with hybrid work, 2 days per week on-site.

Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• 2-4 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Previous professional experience as a Software Developer or in a technical IT role.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles, technical environments, and IT projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, 2 days per week on-site.

To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you'll have (plus):

• PMP certification is a strong plus.
