Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish & English Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries and resolve issues, delivering a high-quality customer experience for Spanish- and English-speaking customers. This on-site role requires a C1 English level, fluency in Spanish, and at least 1 year of customer service experience.

You will work rotating shifts, including weekends, with a 07:00–21:00 schedule and a start date of 17/10/2026.

Qualificações

• C1 level of English demonstrated by assessment.
• Fluent in Spanish for customer interactions.
