Yadimen Consultancy Ltd seeks a Payments & Cash Management — Operations Business Liaison fluent in German and English to bridge payment engines and business teams. The role spans onshore and nearshore hubs, including Lisbon, with hybrid work expectations for real-time payment environments.

You will own payment operations, drive investigations, and support ISO 20022 transitions while coordinating with relationship managers, product teams, and clients.

Qualificações

• Fluent German and English spoken daily with clients and colleagues.
• Experience in corporate or wholesale payment operations in banking.
• Familiar with SEPA, TARGET2 and SWIFT MT/MX ISO 20022.
• Strong control mindset with client-facing confidence.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the operational point of contact between payment processing and the business.
• Handle payment investigations and ensure timely resolution.
• Support Nostro reconciliation and end-to-end payment tracking.
• Interface with sanctions/transaction-screening to balance control and client experience.
• Assist with ISO 20022 transition and real-time payment operations.
