• Experience in troubleshooting PCs/Laptops/Tablets, VPN, etc.
• Experience with Microsoft OS (Windows 11).

Responsabilidades

• Handling incoming end-users requests and incidents.
• Interact with end-users via calls, email and chat.
• Incident ownership and communication throughout the lifecycle.
