You will review details for accuracy, help resolve questions, and maintain clear records while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and high service quality.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous and professional support through phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Guide applicants through the home application process, including requirements and necessary documentation.
• Review application information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Address customer inquiries effectively and offer clear guidance and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues according to established procedures.
• Work closely with internal departments to support efficient application processing.
