Qualificações

• Native or fluent French, both written and spoken.
• Strong command of English.
• Previous experience in a client-facing or service-oriented position is a plus.
• Excellent communication and active-listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
• Analytical thinking and the confidence to resolve issues independently.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Friendly, professional and proactive working style.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
