The role requires 2+ years in customer service, fluent English and Portuguese, and strong communication and analytical skills. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential in a fast-growing delivery network.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in customer service or call center.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide telephone-based customer service with a welcoming, patient, and professional approach.
• Manage and respond to customer complaints by email and Complaints Portal.
• Provide accurate shipment status and tracking information.
• Respond to after-sales service requests by email.
• Collect and analyze customer complaints to identify recurring issues.
• Share recurring incidents with internal departments to support improvement.
• Manage and respond to Trustpilot reviews and feedback.
• Support Locker incidents and report to other departments.
