Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking French & English-speaking Customer Care Professionals to join an international team. After your paid on-site training, you’ll transition to a remote working model with only one day in the office per quarter.

Work in a multicultural environment, develop customer support skills, and grow professionally while living in Portugal. No prior experience required; fluent French and strong English are the key requirements, with a focus on clear communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent French at C1/C2 level.
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• No previous experience required.
