Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, inclusive digital environment for Polish-speaking online communities. You will review, analyze, and moderate user-generated content for a global social media and interactive platform to ensure full compliance with community safety guidelines. The Role

Content Review & Analysis:

• Review user-generated content (video, text, images, and audio) in Polish against platform policies, local regulations, and community safety protocols.

Policy Enforcement:

• Make sound, efficient decisions to approve, flag, or remove non-compliant content and elevate sensitive matters appropriately.

Digital Integrity & Safety:

• Assist in identifying online trends, policy evasion tactics, or harmful behavior patterns to keep digital spaces secure.


• Maintain structured and accurate records of reviewed content and moderation outcomes using internal tracking tools.

Requirements

Language Skills:

Native or Near-Native proficiency in

Polish (C1/C2)

with fluent working proficiency in
