Responsabilidades

• Incident resolution within internal applications.
• End-to-end customer experience providing a single point-of-contact.
• Application support for Siemens Digital People Solutions on several platforms.
• Documenting all actions and communication in the tickets.
• Knowledge transfer inside the team regarding the applications and support activities.
• Proactive in finding root-causes, communicating with other teams and finding solutions.
• Focused on providing quality support with focus on client satisfaction.

Conhecimentos

German speaker (written and spoken)

English speaker (written and spoken)

Problem solving & researching experience

2nd level Application Support experience

ITIL foundations knowledge

Provider-based services experience

Experience in HR systems

Ticketing tools (servicenow / remedy / other)

Good level of English
