Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Bilingual Online Advertising Support Specialist (Spanish & English) to assist advertisers on a major global social media platform. This on-site role relocates candidates with housing support.

You will handle email, chat, and outbound calls, guide clients through platform tools, troubleshoot issues, and help improve ad performance while delivering white-glove service to Spanish- and English-speaking markets.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish (C2+) and English (B2+).
• Experience in customer service or digital marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask using various tools and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide B2B customer support via email, chat, and outbound calls.
• Assist with pre- and post-sales queries related to online advertising tools and services.
• Guide clients in navigating platform tools, resolving bugs, and improving ad performance.
• Analyze trends and troubleshoot issues for business users.
• Offer white-glove support by converting cases into proactive outbound assistance.
