Six Senses Douro Valley está a recrutar um Bellman para se juntar à equipa. Será responsável por transportar bagagens, entregar mensagens, apoiar no transporte de hóspedes e manter áreas comuns em perfeitas condições.

É requisito possuir habilitação de trabalho em Portugal, falar fluentemente inglês e português, e ter disponibilidade de deslocação. A posição não oferece alojamento e inclui formação interna e seguro médico após o período probatório.

Qualifications

• Fluência em inglês e em português é obrigatória.
• Experiência em atendimento ao cliente é desejável.

Responsibilities

• Transportar bagagens de hóspedes com eficiência e cortesia.
• Entregar jornais e mensagens aos hóspedes de forma atempada.
• Assegurar o correto transfer de hóspedes conforme solicitado.
• Carregar/descarregar viaturas na chegada e saída dos hóspedes.
• Manter a limpeza das áreas do hotel e relatar defeitos.
• Colaborar com o supervisor de bellman para manter a coordenação entre a receção e os serviços de transporte.
• Manter a limpeza dos buggy e viaturas e garantir boa condição.
• Responde às perguntas dos hóspedes com informações precisas.

Six Senses Douro Valley are currently seeking an Bellman to join the team.

If you have the legal right to work in Portugal, speak fluent English and Portuguese, and love providing exceptional service in a wonderful setting, then come join us!

Below are a few duties you will be expected to do:

• Deliver and pick-up guest luggage and request items according to the standards and procedures in a timely and efficient manner and offer assistance to guests when requested.


• Deliver newspapers and messages to guests’ villas in a timely and efficient manner.


• Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested.


• Load and unload vehicles on arrival and departure of guests and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicles.


• Maintain the cleanliness of guest areas including lobby and report any defects.


• Assist the bell supervisor in keeping a proper working relationship and efficient co-ordination between the Concierge Desk and the Resort’s transportation service provider.


• Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel buggies and vehicles and ensure they are in good condition.


• Handle guest inquiries by providing accurate and appropriate information.

Due to our location, it is vital that you have your own car to be able to get to and from the property.
