Four Seasons Lisbon is seeking a Bell Attendant to join our team in a role that greets guests, transports luggage, and supports guest services. You will ensure luggage is delivered and retrieved efficiently, keeping accurate records of all movements.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of Bell Attendant experience, and is fluent in English and Portuguese with the legal right to work in Portugal. The position offers competitive compensation and opportunities for growth within a luxury hotel.

Qualificações

• One year of experience in a Bell Attendant role.
• Must have the legal right to work in Portugal.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and escort them to rooms; deliver luggage on check-in and collect on departure; move luggage to storage or Front Drive; maintain delivery/pick-up records.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; resolve inquiries and guest requests related to hotel services, hours, events, directions, etc.
• Greet guests in the lobby and offer assistance.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
