Four Seasons Hotel Lisbon is seeking a Bartender to join our Team in Lisbon. You will prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and cocktails from the menu, ensuring accuracy with orders and our Four Seasons standards.

The role requires extensive knowledge of drinks, excellent communication and organization skills, the ability to work under pressure, flexibility with schedules and holidays, and read/write fluency in Portuguese and English; EU work authorization is required.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Previous customer experience and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve wines, spirits, and cocktails per menu and standards.
• Confirm guest orders and verify accuracy with POS system.
• Take orders at the bar and describe items' origin, taste, and preparation.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond to requests.
• Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.
